Job summary

Aura Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Acute Care Medical Fellowship to support new graduates and early-career nurses through a structured transition-to-practice program.

You will provide evidence-based care to adult acute medical patients, perform assessments, and develop care plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and ongoing mentorship. Education for patients and families is a key part of the role.

Qualifications
