Riverside Health System in Hampton, VA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our patient care team under RN supervision. You will perform clinical tasks, administer medications, and support patient education while maintaining safety and adhering to policies.

Formación

• Graduate of a Practical Nursing program and state licensure requirements.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Virginia upon hire.
• CPR/BLS certification upon hire.
• 1 year acute care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Under RN supervision, implement plan of care, treatments and procedures.
• Provide age-appropriate care and modify education for patient/family understanding.
• Foster safe patient environment and document per RHS standards.
• Accurately document clinical and quality data as required.
