Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, GA, is seeking an LPN to provide professional nursing care under the supervision of an RN. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while maintaining standards and safety.

Responsibilities include upholding nursing policies, managing supplies, and promoting collaborative care with the medical team. Minimum qualifications include a Practical Nursing diploma, Georgia LPN license, and BLS; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• LPN license active in Georgia (Required).
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Crisis Response Training within 2 months of hire.
• 1–2 years of practical nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités
