Vetted Solutions is seeking an Advanced Acute Care Inpatient Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of experience to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care in a clinical setting.

Qualificações

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families throughout their hospital stay.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians, ancillary staff, and other team members to meet patient needs.
• Participate in unit-based decision-making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective measures.
