NPHire is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) to join a specialized ICU team in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves providing inpatient critical care, following post-operative patients, and collaborating with a surgical team. The position offers a comprehensive financial package including competitive hourly compensation, bonuses, relocation assistance, and more. Formación

• Active, unrestricted Arizona AGACNP license or ability to obtain.
• ICU experience required, cardiac or thoracic surgical ICU experience preferred.
• Comfortable assisting with ICU procedures independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 100% inpatient critical care support for the ICU team.
• Follow post-operative open heart and lung surgery patients throughout ICU stay.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and interdisciplinary ICU team.

Conocimientos

ICU experience

Clinical judgment in high-acuity settings

Comfortable with ICU procedures

Educación

Active Arizona AGACNP license
