Renown Health in Reno, NV seeks an Acute Float CNA to provide activities of daily living and emotional support for Pediatric to Geriatric patients under the supervision of the unit manager or nurse on duty.

This role may float to Renown Regional Medical Center, Renown South Meadows, and Renown Rehab Hospital, assisting with documentation and coordination of care across departments. Requires English proficiency, six months CNA experience, Nevada CNA license, and BLS certification.

Formación

• Must have working-level knowledge of English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Six months CNA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide activities of daily living and emotional support to patients across age groups.
• Float to multiple units including ER and inpatient areas as assigned.
• Assist in documentation from pre-admission to discharge and coordinate care with other departments.
• Maintain unit supplies and interdepartmental communication; perform other duties as assigned.
