Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and Nutrition Care Process (NCP).
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Perform nutrition screenings, assessments, and reassessments per NCP.
• Conduct nutrition-focused physical examinations and document findings.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care discussions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
