Qualifications

• Must have Colorado Dietitian License.
• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Minimum 2 years in an Acute Care client setting.
• Ability to take calls to assist with nutrition orders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the nutrition care for patients.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations, clinical guidelines, and policies and procedures.
• Provides oversight in coordination with the Culinary Services Manager.
• Ensures safe and accurate food service is provided to patients.
