Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team at an acute care facility in Ardmore, OK. The position offers 16–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

You will perform clinical nutrition assessments, document with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team to optimize patient feeding plans, including enteral and TPN.

Qualifications

• Must be credentialed by the CDR.
• Dietetic licensure required.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Provide calculations and recommendations for enteral and TPN feedings.
