Qualifications

• Post-graduate training or specialization encouraged.
• Experience in pain medicine; dry needling/trig point needling a plus.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and TCM.
• Ability to perform physical exams and patient assessments confidently.
• Excellent patient communication and compassionate service.
• Herbal medicine not emphasized; herbal practice optional.

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Acupuncturist to join our growing acupuncture-specialized clinic in Chester County, PA (1 hour from Philadelphia). A gorgeous, well-appointed clinic with enthusiastic acupuncture colleagues, lovely support staff and grateful patients awaits the hard-working, accomplished professional who is right for this position.

A perfect fit is a Pennsylvania-licensed practitioner with at least 1-3 years of practice experience, and post-graduate training or specialization of some kind.

For the right candidate, will also consider licensed, NCBAHM (NCCAOM)-certified candidates from out of state, or exceptional new graduates.

Requirements

Valid licensure as a Licensed Acupuncturist in accordance with state or national regulations.
Proven experience in pain medicine, and ideally trigger point needling, orthopedics and/or dry needling. Other specialization a plus!

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and the fundamentals of TCM.

Demonstrated ability to perform physical examinations and patient assessments confidently.

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR/EHR) and basic computer applications.

Excellent client communication skills with a focus on compassionate patient service.

Herbal medicine is not emphasized in our clinic. An herbal practice could be supported, but is not required.

Ability to efficiently treat 2-3 patients an hour (or more) a plus.
