Responsibilities

• Participate in benchmarking studies to identify best practices and develop superior benefits solutions.
• Conduct benefit plan analyses to evaluate plans and recommend improvements for cost savings and compliance.
• Assist in benefits administration by enrolling new employees and confirming plan understanding.
• Engage in agile performance measurement to track progress and identify areas for improvement in benefits delivery.
