Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising the development of premium rates, financial projections, and risk analyses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The role coordinates workload, reviews actuarial models and reports, and collaborates with finance, underwriting, product, and operations teams to support pricing strategy, cost management, and organizational planning. The supervisor also mentors and trains team members, manages performance, and helps improve processes, tools, and data quality to enhance service to internal stakeholders and support customer-focused decision-making.
