Job summary

Ryan Specialty seeks an Actuarial Manager to lead actuarial support across business units, central functions, and external partners. The role involves pricing, underwriting support, loss projection, and risk analysis with a focus on strategic collaboration and decision making.

You will develop and manage stakeholder relationships, perform analyses on underwriting performance, and drive predictive modeling and product strategy to improve processes and intelligence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years of actuarial experience
• 3+ years of supervision or lead experience
• Fellowship/Certification preferred (FCAS/CRMA/AAA)

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial analyses of underwriting performance, profitability, and projection.
• Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships, internal and external.
• Own strategic analysis and predictive modeling for process/rate/underwriting improvements.
• Drive product and tool strategy in support of new and existing initiatives.
