• Minimum 3.0 cumulative undergraduate GPA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, statistical analysis, and databases.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program through spring 2027.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
