Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Programming, or related field with at least two years of coursework completed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Programming skills (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferred).
• Familiarity with databases (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards that present financial results clearly.
• Create exhibits from valuation data for filing with state departments.
• Test and validate valuation models to ensure accuracy.
• Build and validate a pricing model for life insurance products.
• Create a profitability report derived from a pricing model.
• Price life insurance products using established actuarial methods.
• Analyze data, prepare financial reports, and present findings to the team.
