AAIS, the American Association of Insurance Services, seeks an experienced AD & R Analytics/Programmer II to support regulatory reporting and internal data initiatives. You will work with actuarial and product teams in an agile setup on data harmonization and analytics to drive value for members.

You will analyze large data sets, develop data products, and ensure quality and governance while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate insights for leadership and regulators.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, CS, or related field; minimum.
• 5+ years of data analysis and SQL & Python programming experience.
• Experience with Excel and Power BI; knowledge of data governance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Regulatory Reporting: understand regulations, data sources, QA, and reporting in regulated insurance.
• Data Management: ensure data and reporting are accurate, complete, and timely.
• Quality Assurance: design/maintain data systems with automated QA and data governance.
• Data Presentation: organize data for human or machine readability and insights.
• Business Intelligence: provide leadership with timely, accurate trend analyses and predictions.
• Documentation: maintain clear, reproducible data analysis docs and workflows.
• Collaborate with Actuarial for automation of analyses and data harmonization.
• Data Catalogue: organize assets and ensure accessibility across teams.
