Job summary

Mercer is seeking an Actuarial Consultant focusing on GMP rectification and equalisation to support the UK Retirement market. You will contribute to complex defined benefit modelling, validate results, and communicate findings to consultants and clients with clarity.

You will collaborate across locations, help roll out new processes, and support the development of junior colleagues while engaging directly with clients on pensions projects, valuations, and design initiatives.

Qualifications

• Actuarial qualification in progress or completed.
• Strong UK Defined Benefit pension knowledge.
• Experience with GMP rectification/equalisation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
