Firma de Reclutamiento en PR is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to support the evaluation and monitoring of the insurance portfolio by analyzing reserves, pricing, profitability, and reinsurance results.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish, strong analytical skills, and experience with actuarial software. Collaboration across departments and regulatory reporting are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of actuarial experience within the insurance industry (Life, Disability, Annuities, Property & Casualty), or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and SOA/CAS exam progress.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling insurance portfolio data and actuarial modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; experience with RiskAgility FM, ResQ, R, or comparable actuarial software preferred.
• Progress toward SOA or CAS professional credentials (completion of actuarial exams preferred).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), with strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
