Job summary

Monarch Healthcare in Lexington, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Assertive Community Treatment Team. The RN will administer meds, perform nursing assessments, and support individuals with mental illness in developing daily living skills.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Nursing (Required).
Active RN license in North Carolina.
Driver's license (USA) is required.
ACTT services experience encouraged but not required.
Minimum 1 year experience with adults with mental illness.
Knowledge of psychiatric medications.

Responsibilities

Deliver nursing services, case management, and supportive counseling to individuals served by ACTT.
Provide medication monitoring, administration, and education.
Review lab values and report to team psychiatrist.
Coordinate with psychiatrists and community physicians.
Maintain nursing documentation and write event notes.
Develop service plans and screens referrals with team.
