Job summary

Qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing (Required).
- Active RN license in North Carolina.
- Driver's license (USA) is required.
- ACTT services experience encouraged but not required.
- Minimum 1 year experience with adults with mental illness.
- Knowledge of psychiatric medications.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing services, case management, and supportive counseling to individuals served by ACTT.
- Provide medication monitoring, administration, and education.
- Review lab values and report to team psychiatrist.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists and community physicians.
- Maintain nursing documentation and write event notes.
- Develop service plans and screens referrals with team.
