RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking an ACTT Nurse to join the team in Stroudsburg, PA. You will deliver integrated crisis response and stabilization services within community settings, promoting independence and safety for individuals with behavioral health needs.

ACTT promotes rehabilitation and independence by teaching people coping skills needed to live in their own communities safely and productively, engaging them in normal daily routines and healthy social interactions. People receiving ACTT services often experience significant reductions in crisis situations such as homelessness, incarceration, or repeated hospitalizations.**Compensation:** * **Salary Range**: $75,000-$80,000* **Sign-On Bonus**: $2,000 for full-time employees, paid in three increments: a. $400 after 3 months b. $800 after 6 months c. $800 after 12 months (not sure if you want to add this)**Job Responsibilities*** Following the supports and services as indicated in the recipients Crisis Plan, which is a component of all person centered plans* Participating as member of interdisciplinary team, attending community support plan meetings, developing plans as requested* Monitoring consumers and taking appropriate action for side effects and adverse reactions to medications* Assisting team members with assessing learning needs of the consumers and carries out teaching as indicated**Requirements:*** Active RN license. Bachelors of Nursing preferred.* Prefer one year of nursing experience.* Experience in behavioral health nursing preferred.* Valid drivers license (this is a condition of employment) including personal vehicle insurance coverage.* Must maintain proficiency in company sponsored training and certifications and privileging if required.**Required Working Conditions** * You will work in both an office and residential (home) and community setting, with varying degrees of background noise.**Pre-employment screening:*** Complete criminal background* Name checked in the registries.
