Extended Day Activity Instructors play a vital role in delivering engaging, high-quality after-school programming for children and teens across New York Edge program sites. In this role, you will lead or co-lead activities in areas such as STEM, visual and performing arts, literacy, student leadership, sports, health and wellness, business and entrepreneurship, media arts, journalism, urban agriculture, and more.
This position offers a unique opportunity to both teach and inspire—supporting curriculum development while creating meaningful, hands‑on learning experiences. Activity Instructors collaborate closely with the Curriculum & Instruction team and Program Directors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Specialists will be required to report to the school building and interact with staff, students, parents, and school administration.
