Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Crofton is hiring an Activity's Aide to join a caring team dedicated to enriching residents' daily lives. This part-time role requires weekend availability and shifts between 9:30 am and 7:30 pm.

Qualified candidates bring prior experience with older adults, a warm, energetic demeanor, and the ability to work well with others. English communication is essential to interact with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Activity Aide working with older adults is preferred.
• Warmth, consideration and genuine love for older adults.
• Energetic, positive attitude and ability to work as a team.
• Good judgment and initiative in carrying out duties in an orderly fashion.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with engaging activities and socialization.
• Assist in planning and leading group and one-on-one activities.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure resident well-being and safety.

Now Hiring: Part Time work every other weekend and able to work all hours between 9:30 am and 7:30pm
