• Coordinate and communicate with staff members to organize events.
• Oversee group activities and ensure engagement and safety.
• Post a monthly calendar of events for residents and families.
• Ensure staff and participants follow safety protocols and care standards.
• Submit budgetary recommendations for equipment and supplies used in activities.
• Monitor residents' well-being and provide reports to caregivers.
