The Springs of Rochester Hills is hiring an Activity Director to join our team. You will plan and lead engaging activities and games for residents of our skilled nursing facility, tailoring plans to individual interests and promoting social interaction.

Experience in healthcare is preferred, with NCCAP-certified or equivalent qualifications highly regarded. This role offers a full‑time day shift in a supportive, friendly environment with opportunities to organize events and celebrate residents'

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• NCCAP certification or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience organizing group and individual activities for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging activities, projects and games for residents.
• Develop care plans tailored to each resident's interests.
• Promote social interaction and community involvement.
