TULK | Swift·Wise·Counsel is seeking a Mid-level Geospatial Analysis SME to provide expert instruction in Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) and GEOINT tradecraft. This role involves delivering courses, maintaining courseware, and supporting the development of innovative learning solutions.
Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor's degree related to ABI, DoD Basic Instructor Certification, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. U.S. citizenship and a current Top Secret / SCI Personnel Security Clearance are required for this position.

Mid-level SMEs build on introductory tradecraft and support fundamental GEOINT Tradecraft learning through applied, problem-based instruction.
A Mid-level Geospatial Analysis ABI SME shall be able to build upon the knowledge taught at the introductory GEOINT Tradecraft learning level (1000), in order to effectively handle fundamental (2000) GEOINT Tradecraft learning level tasks. At this level the SME shall have a thorough understanding of the concepts and skills related to their content area(s) and can apply these skills in routine and nonroutine situations. They shall be able to apply tradecraft skills through problem-based exercises culminating in exams. They shall demonstrate solid tradecraft skills and an understanding of how their tradecraft contributes to addressing key intelligence questions. A Mid-Level Geospatial Analysis ABI SME is primarily focused on providing support to Fundamental (2000) GEOINT Tradecraft Learning Level courses, with a secondary focus on Intermediate (3000) GEOINT Tradecraft Learning Level courses, both levels within the ABI focus area.
