Job summary

Homestead of Olathe Memory Care is seeking dedicated Fulltime and Part time Hospitality and activity assistants to help our team. CNA preferred; others will be considered. The role includes facilitating activities, assisting with dining, and supporting residents daily under executive director supervision.

Experience in memory care is a plus, with duties extending to dietary/hospitality tasks and program implementation to meet residents' physical, mental and psychosocial needs.

Qualifications

• Preferably CNA; others will be considered.
• Duties include implementing activity programs and hospitality tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities to meet residents' needs (large group, small group, individual).
• Assist during dining times and hospitality duties as directed by supervisor.
• May require some holiday and weekend work.
• Previous memory care experience is a plus.
• Additional duties as directed by supervisor/executive director.

Homestead of Olathe Memory Care is looking for dedicated Fulltime and Part time Hospitality and activity assistant to help our team. This individual would preferably be a CNA, although others will be considered. This candidate would work as hospitality aide also to help our residents and team grow while assisting the needs of our folks on a daily basis.

This person performs duties involving the implementation of an activity program, help our residents with fun and meaningful activities which meets physical, mental, psychosocial needs and interests of residents. This individual would also perform dietary/hospitality duties as instructed by Executive director.

As an activities assistant, you will work under the general supervision of the executive director and also assist with hospitality needs as instructed.

• Assist activities to meet resident's specific needs, to include large group, small group, and individual participation as scheduled.
• Assist during dining times
• Some holiday and or weekend may be required
• Previous memory care a plus
• Preferably be a licensed CNA in the state of KS
• additional duties as directed by supervisor/executive director
