Freedom Plaza in Sun City Center, FL, is seeking an energetic Activities Assistant for full-time work at $17 per hour. Join a premier retirement community that emphasizes exceptional resident experiences, planning engaging programs, and creating a warm, active atmosphere for seniors.

You will lead activities, manage calendars, support events, and help residents stay socially connected and physically well while working with a friendly, supportive team in a beautiful setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in recreation, activities, hospitality, customer service, education, event planning, performing arts, or senior living preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and document participation as needed.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Kind, reliable, compassionate, and enthusiastic.
• Excellent resource management and computer skills.

• Lead and assist with engaging activities, events, classes, outings, and special programs.

Schedule
