The Phoenix Center for Rehab & Nursing is seeking an Activity Assistant (Full-Time) to join our devoted team. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, experience with dementia, and capable of developing creative activities for residents.

Responsibilities include leading activity groups and one-to-one activities, assisting with planning, escorting residents to activities, and maintaining a positive image of the organization with residents, staff, and the public.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with dementia is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
