Elevate Care is hiring an Activity Aide / Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and lead engaging activities that enhance residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. You will coordinate programs, monitor participation, and work with families and staff to ensure activities align with residents' interests and abilities.

• Plan & Implement Activities – Organize and lead recreational, social, and therapeutic activities to meet residents' needs.
• Encourage Resident Participation – Foster an inclusive environment where residents participate and enjoy activities.
• Monitor & Document Progress – Track participation and responses to activities.
• Coordinate Special Events – Plan and facilitate events, celebrations, and outings.
• Work with Families & Team – Communicate with families and nursing staff to align activities with interests and abilities.
• Promote Resident Independence – Encourage engagement to support independence and well-being.

Elevate Care is looking for a dynamic Activity Aide / Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team!
