• Experience in activities coordination or caregiver support preferred.
• Ability to engage and motivate residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork with care staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead activities for residents to promote participation.
• Foster social interaction and a positive, inclusive environment.
• Assist with daily recreational programs and events; document participation.
