Job summary

  • Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting for the daily activity programs & quality assurance for the Activities Department.
  • Assist in preparing and cleaning up activity rooms/areas for scheduled activity programs.
  • Assist in overseeing residents’ engagement in scheduled and unscheduled activities to promote the physical, social, and mental well-being of residents.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Long Term Care Activities Department. Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
