Arcadia Care in Morris, IL is seeking an Activity Aide to support planners and staff in creating engaging recreational and social programs for residents. You will assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating activities, and help chart progress as part of the Activities Department.

The role includes preparing rooms for activities and ensuring residents’ participation supports physical, social, and mental well-being, with both scheduled and unscheduled activities overseen.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Long Term Care Activities Department. Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
