Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Activities Aide in Indianapolis to help plan and run community events. You will brainstorm activity ideas, promote events to the public, and sometimes lead sessions to ensure success.

You’ll work with vendors to provide food, music, and supplies within budget while collecting participant feedback. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, comfort with basic computer tools, and the ability to document costs and participation data for reporting.

Activities Aide Duties and Responsibilities:

• Brainstorming ideas for activities
• Advertising activities that are open to the public
• Attending or leading activities to ensure that events go smoothly
• Adhering to budgetary guidelines when planning activities
• Working with vendors to provide food, music, supplies and services for activities as needed
• Soliciting feedback from participants to identify what worked well and what areas of improvement exist
• Keeping detailed records of activities to track participation rates, costs and other metrics
