Job summary

Longevity Health is seeking individuals to support a social music program for residents in long-term care. This role leads interactive music groups, meets members 1:1, and coordinates with facility staff to enhance well-being without licensure or prior healthcare experience.

Travel to assigned facilities is required with mileage reimbursement; you will work with older adults to improve quality of life using provided materials and activities, while enjoying full benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, engaging demeanor.
• Willingness and ability to travel between facilities in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a social music group including music, movement, and trivia for residents.
• Meet with members one-on-one to build relationships and assist with health-plan provided supplies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with care facility activities and clinical staff.
• Travel to assigned facilities on a scheduled basis (mileage reimbursement provided).
