Longevity Health Plan in Memphis, TN seeks a compassionate Music Engagement Specialist to support long-term care residents. No licensure or healthcare experience required; this is full-time with benefits and no nights, weekends, or holidays.

You will facilitate group music sessions, meet one-to-one with members, and build relationships with care facility staff while traveling between facilities with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Positive, upbeat personality with excellent communication.
• Willing to travel between facilities within assigned territory.
• Able to facilitate group music sessions using provided materials.
• Auto insurance coverage as required by state.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate an interactive music group including music, movement and trivia.
• Meet with members one-to-one to build relationships and assist with supplies.

Longevity Health provides clinical care for patients living in a long-term care setting. Individuals in this role engage our members via music and assist our patients to take advantage of benefits offered by their health plan. This important role enables our patients to achieve their highest level of well-being while brightening their day.

• Facilitate an interactive, social music group that includes music, movement and trivia, engaging the patient’s brain and body and contributing to overall well-being (no music experience required).
• Meet with members 1:1 to build relationships, assist them in ordering health plan-provided supplies and engage them in conversation.
• Develop/maintain relationships with care facility activities and clinical staff.
• Travels to assigned facilities on a scheduled basis (mileage reimbursement provided).

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Positive personality, upbeat, engaging, and excellent communication skills
• Desire to help support a vulnerable population
• Able to facilitate group music sessions using provided materials
• Able to travel between assigned facilities in your assigned territory
• Auto insurance coverage as required by your state of residence. New employees will be responsible for providing proof of coverage prior to hire and on an ongoing basis.
