Catholic Charities SF in San Francisco seeks an Activities Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and evaluate a diverse calendar of educational, recreational, cultural, and wellness programs for residents across all ages.
You will work with program staff, partners, volunteers, and residents to foster social connection, family engagement, and well-being, including intergenerational activities and supportive services.
The Maureen & Craig Sullivan Youth & Family Services Center is centrally located between the 10th & Mission Family Housing and the Edith Witt Senior Community, providing direct access to the shared community courtyard. The Center serves as a vibrant hub where children, youth, families, and older adults come together to learn, connect, and build meaningful relationships. Through educational, recreational, and supportive programming, the Center seeks to reduce social isolation among older adults, strengthen family connections, promote youth development, and foster a thriving, inclusive intergenerational community.
Location: Onsite 5 days a week
The Activities Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating a diverse calendar of educational, recreational, cultural, and wellness programs that reflect the interests and needs of residents across all age groups. Working collaboratively with program staff, community partners, volunteers, and residents, the Coordinator creates engaging opportunities that promote social connection, lifelong learning, family engagement, and resident well‑being.
