Job summary

Montage International invites applications for an Activities Attendant at Pendry Park City. You will help run the Recreation Department, support events, and ensure guests enjoy well-organized facilities and outdoor activities.

Ideal candidates are passionate about service, flexible with schedule including weekends, and eager to contribute to a vibrant guest experience at a luxury property in Park City, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the Recreation Department and program planning.
• Assist with rental equipment repairs.
• Provide guests with property information and local trails.
• Complete opening and closing procedures for the Recreation Department.
• Maintain and organize facility linen needs.
• Assist with special events and year-round activities.
• Ensure the pool area is clean, stocked, and organized for guests and members.
• Support with inventories and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with other departments for marketing and promotions.

Your Journey

• Assists with the daily operations of the Recreation Department and program planning
• Assist with all rental equipment repairs
• Provide guests with appropriate property information, nature trails, and biking trails
• Complete opening and closing procedures for the Recreation Department
• Maintain and organize facility linen needs
• Complete daily departmental procedures
• Assist with special events, holiday activities, and year-round activities
• Ensure the pool area is kept clean, organized, and stocked at all times for members and guests
• Work with the Guest Service Department to assure accurate transfer of information
• Assist with inventories and reconciliations
• Work with necessary departments to ensure the proper marketing and promotion of the facility
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties, based on business needs
• Ability to work with, supervise, and help plan children's activities with our Paintbox Program

Must Haves

Physical Requirements

• Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over
• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis
