Vail Resorts is hiring for winter 2026/27 in Pennsylvania for Mountain Activities Attendants and related seasonal roles. Starting wage is $20/hr with housing availability.

As a Mountain Activities Attendant, your roleis toprovideEpic guest service as you guide our guests through amazing alpine adventures such as Mountain Coasters, Snow Tubing, Lift Operations, Surface Lift Operations, and Ticket Scanning just to name a few! Be prepared: You will be working outdoors in all weather conditions forlong periodsof time.
Be sturdy: You may need to stand forlong periodsof time.
Be nimble: You may be repeatedly twisting, turning, pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, lifting (up to 50 lbs.) throughout each day.
Be friendly:You’llneed to converse clearly and comfortably with a variety of guests of varying backgrounds, ability levels and age groups.
Background checkrequired.
Be reliable: You may need to work unsupervised occasionally or be a strong part of a fun team.You must have reliable transportation (in varying weather conditions) to and from work, and you must be to work on time as scheduledtobe a good teammate.

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
