Job summary

RegalCare in Worcester, MA is seeking an Activity Assistant for a full-time role working three days a week and weekends, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. You will support the Activities Department in creating engaging programs that improve residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities include planning activities, encouraging participation, and helping with setup, while following safety guidelines and facility policies. A high school diploma is preferred and weekend attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or activities preferred, but not required.
• Outgoing, patient, and compassionate personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance, including every other weekend.
