Job summary

AdviniaCare Salem is seeking an Activities Assistant to enhance residents' quality of life by planning and coordinating activities, social events, and group activities that stimulate cognitive levels.

The role involves encouraging participation under the Activity Director, fostering teamwork and communication across departments, and maintaining a clean, safe environment, with a rotating schedule including some holidays and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Certified as an activity assistant preferred.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including some holiday and weekend hours.

Responsibilities
