Job summary

Preferred Care Health Centers in Potomac, MD seeks an Activities Assistant to support residents through engaging daily programs. You will help organize games, exercise classes, arts and crafts, and social events, and encourage participation.

Work closely with the Activities Director to provide one-on-one engagement, assist with setup and cleanup, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all residents.

• Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one engagement as needed
• Help set up and clean up activity spaces and materials
• Observe and report changes in residents’ mood, behavior, or participation to the Activities Director
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all residents
