Job summary

AdviniaCare in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate activities coordinator to lead residents in meaningful daily events while supporting their independence, choice, and dignity. The role focuses on planning, facilitating social and recreational activities, and lifting spirits at the home.

You will work to create engaging programs, document participant feedback, and collaborate with care teams to enhance resident life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and relevant certifications may be required.
• Experience with nursing, recreational activities, event planning, or related may be preferred.
• First aid and CPR training may be required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Create and handle the logistics for daily events, speak to participants and document.
• Lift the spirits of residents and ensure they enjoy their time while presiding at the home.
