Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Kennebunk, ME is seeking an Activities Assistant to help lead daily activities, events, and enrichment programs, while encouraging resident participation and helping create meaningful moments that brighten their days.

With a High School Diploma, strong communication, and the ability to guide small groups, you’ll support calendars, escort residents, manage spaces, and document participation per guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead small group activities.
• Valid driver's license (as applicable).
• Senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs.
• Encourage and support resident participation.
• Help prepare activity calendars and newsletters.
• Escort residents to and from programs as needed.
