MaineGeneral Health is seeking an Activities Assistant at the Alzheimer's Care Center in Gardiner to support patient group activities and contribute to a safe, engaging clinical environment.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a Maine driver's license, with a commitment to teamwork, patient care and safety while coordinating activities and assisting with transport when needed. This role offers 20 scheduled hours per week and a competitive hourly pay.

Assists patients with performing group activities.
Encourages involvement and contributes to maintaining patient and staff safety.
Facilitates and helps with the planning, set up, and clean up of patient group activities.
Maintains activities areas and supplies in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
Assists with the transport of patients to and from on-site/off-site group activity sessions.
The ideal candidate will have:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid State of Maine Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.

Ability to work with a team to provide excellent patient care and safety.
$16.82 - $29.44
The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
