Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Activities Assistant to support the Activities Director in assessing, selecting, organizing, and implementing activities and recreational services for residents in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting. You will address the individual needs and interests of residents through engaging programs.

The role requires a fire and passion for working with seniors, a professional image, strong written and oral communication, and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Fire and passion for working with seniors.
• One year of experience conducting activities and recreational services within the past five years preferred.
• Prior experience as an Activities Assistant in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Activities Certification preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
