Job summary

Highline Post Acute in Denver, Colorado is hiring an Activities Assistant to support resident engagement and enrichment programs. This full-time role includes a weekend rotation and opportunities to make a real difference in residents' daily lives.

You will assist with resident activities under the direction of the Activities Director, helping plan, coordinate, and deliver enjoyable, person-centered activities that promote well-being and social connection.

Qualifications

• Experience working in activities in a post acute or skilled nursing facility.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident activities under the direction of the Activities Director.
• Support planning and execution of daily programming and events.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment and resident well-being.
