Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-time Store Associate for our Bellevue Square location in Bellevue, WA. You will help customers connect online and in-store shopping journeys using cutting-edge technology and work with a dynamic team led by the Store Manager.

The role requires 1+ year retail experience, enthusiasm for active lifestyles, and strong communication. Expect a flexible schedule, evenings/weekends, and opportunities to contribute to a high-performing store culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition.
• Ability to engage with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store.
• Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product knowledge on fabrics, fit, and features.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping journey.
