Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Selector at our North Hatfield distribution site. You will pick, gather and organize product and prepare orders for delivery to local customers, with active, fit work and above-average income potential.

Training starts at $24.00 per hour, rising to $25.00 per hour plus incentives. Average selectors earn about $30.00 per hour after training; full-time, year-round shifts with a 3:30 PM start. Role requires lifting and safe operation of equipment.

Qualifications

• General Equivalency Diploma or High School Diploma required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and walk for long periods, up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift, full-time, with weekend requirement.

Responsibilities

• Picking items using order sheets or an audio headset.
• Stacking items on pallets for wrapping and loading at bay doors.
• Ensuring accuracy to orders while following safety standards.
• Operating equipment such as double walkie-rider or electric pallet jack.
• Applying selection labels to cases and handling wrapping safely.
• Informing supervisor of quantity or description differences.
