Training starts at $23.25/hr, with a shift starting at 10 AM and potential overtime until tasks are completed. Roles involve standing, walking miles daily, lifting up to 60 lbs, and operating pallet jacks or walkie-riders.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Pick items using order sheets or an audio headset.
• Stack items on pallets for wrapping and loading at bay doors.
• Ensure order accuracy while following safety standards.
• Operate walkie-rider or electric pallet jack to move cases and apply labels.
• Wrap products properly to prevent damage.
• Inform supervisor of quantity or description discrepancies.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete forms.
• Lift varying weights safely and follow SOPs for equipment use.
