Job summary

Stitch Fix in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including picking, packing, quality control, processing, binning, and dock work. You’ll stay active throughout your shift, walking 4–10 miles and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Pay starts at $16.50 per hour with a $0.50 increase every 6 months for the first 2 years, and a further increase to $19.25 after 3 years. Shifts: Wed-Sat 7:00am-5:30pm or Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak, and understand English.
• 18 years or older.
• Safety conscious and able to perform role safely.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.
• Flexible and willing to adjust to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, quality control, processing, binning, and dock work.
• Support inventory management and ensure smooth operations.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet goals.
• Remain on your feet and stay proactive throughout shift.
