Job summary

CUI Cable Services is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support technicians by managing inventory, operating forklifts, and preparing equipment in our Lake Worth, FL facility. This role offers a path to growth within a growing telecommunications services company, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

You will handle receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory, perform field equipment retrievals when needed, and uphold strict safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, inventory, logistics, or forklift experience preferred (training available).
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be at least 23 years old for insurance purposes.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Excel and inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trucks using a forklift.
• Pull and prepare equipment and materials for daily technician assignments.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory.
• Issue and return customer premise equipment using EIS and Excel.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep the warehouse, technician room, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Perform equipment retrievals from customer homes using a company vehicle.
• Pick up equipment and supplies from local vendors as needed.
• Assist with general warehouse operations and special projects.
• Follow all company safety procedures and inventory control standards.
